Job Description: Pump, clean, maintain and repair onsite septic systems and components while offering a high level of quality, education, and customer service to our customers.
Responsibilities:

Dedicated customer service and customer education.
-
Maintain residential and commercial septic systems.
-
Repair or maintain pumps, control panels, treatment systems, sewer lines, and other equipment
-
Respond to service or emergency calls
-
Complete pumping/septic tank maintenance service route. Document septage loads, sample each load prior to disposal.

Complete septic repairs; drain cleaning, O&M servicing, service calls for maintenance customers.

Troubleshoot problems associated with septic systems and their components and fix them efficiently.

Provide customers with repair options and estimates when appropriate.

Collect payments from customers onsite and provide office staff with accurate records of transactions

Licensing/Education/Experience:
-
​High School education or equivalent.
-
On-the-job training available; Licensure or education in the sewer/septic system field or two years’ experience in a service industry preferred.

Hold or be able to obtain MN CDL Class B driver’s license with tanker and air brake endorsement.
-
Hold or able to obtain MN PCA Septic System Maintainer and Installer licenses.​

Hours: This is a full-time position. Employees will be asked to work at least 8 hours per day, 5 days per week depending on seasonal variations in workload. Must also participate in the on call rotation, approximately every 6-8 weeks.
